Gregg & Jacob did a wonderful job at our place! They ripped out all of our old concrete and poured a new garage floor, driveway, made a landing and stairs and did a small patio out front. We have had nothing but compliments on our beautiful home now. Gregg & Jacob did everything we asked and they were here daily until the job was done. We highly reccomend Gregg and Jacob for any job !! Not to mention every night before they left they cleaned up and made sure everything was okay!! Gregg was so wonderful to work with.

Expert ADA Railing Installation in Lincoln, Nebraska
CNC - Central Ne Concrete And Construction provides ADA railing installation for homes, businesses, and multi-family properties in Lincoln, Nebraska. We install handrails and guardrails on steps, ramps, and elevated walkways that meet ADA Accessibility Standards and International Building Code requirements. Commercial properties in Lincoln must meet federal accessibility standards, and older buildings often need railing upgrades when undergoing renovation or change of use. Our team measures each site, accounts for surface conditions, and sets railings at the required height range of 34 to 38 inches above the walking surface. We also verify gripping surface clearance, extension lengths at ramp and stair landings, and baluster spacing so nothing fails inspection. Nebraska's freeze-thaw cycles put stress on anchored hardware, so we use corrosion-resistant fasteners and proper base anchoring suited to concrete and masonry substrates. Whether you manage a commercial building near downtown Lincoln or need a compliant ramp railing at a residential property, contact CNC today to schedule a site assessment.
