Gregg & Jacob did a wonderful job at our place! They ripped out all of our old concrete and poured a new garage floor, driveway, made a landing and stairs and did a small patio out front. We have had nothing but compliments on our beautiful home now. Gregg & Jacob did everything we asked and they were here daily until the job was done. We highly reccomend Gregg and Jacob for any job !! Not to mention every night before they left they cleaned up and made sure everything was okay!! Gregg was so wonderful to work with.

Expert Hand Railing Installation in Lincoln, Nebraska
CNC - Central Ne Concrete And Construction provides hand railing installation for residential and commercial properties in Lincoln, Nebraska. We work on front steps, side entries, basement stairways, porches, and elevated decks where a secure grip is needed. Nebraska's freeze-thaw winters put stress on anchors and footings, so we set every railing with proper base support to hold through seasonal ground movement. Our masonry background means we anchor railings directly into concrete, block, or stone surfaces with confidence. We assess the surface, prepare the anchor points, set the posts, and secure the rail so it handles real load without shifting. Lincoln properties with four or more stair risers are required to have a handrail in place, and we install to meet those local code standards. If your steps feel unsafe or your current railing is loose, contact CNC to schedule a look at your property.
